2 Lakh per month salary

Hello everyone,

This is one of the Process Trainers in a US Healthcare company from Hyderabad, where my salary stands at 7.5 LPA for a total experience of 4 years. I had few comments where my EMIs are double the salary. Can someone suggest a job that can pay up to 2 lakhs per month so that I can give money for household expenses, which I'm currently unable to and this help would make me live peacefully
