How so? Future will not need so many resources anyway. Most IT companies will work at half its capacity down the line

Easily 10% for sure will be laid off,they are smartly claiming 2% so that when they fire 10% there wont be much noise!!

CEO is infront of media after a long time discuss very important, but still 2% is wrong it's more. Communication gap between leadership teams. CEO is not gonna stay for long time. My guess Aarthi will be new CEO.
