2 cr apartment
Do people really buy 2 crore apartment, just curious, I see those Apartment yet to be completed and claiming beautiful amenities but do people really buy that over a villa? Claiming such price with upcoming metro, it's a high rise with 40+ apartments it seems

I see a villa at the same price and location... Maybe because of this apartment they will increase in the near future i think
What location and is it new property?
Depends on what they need. Villa is much more expensive if gated apartment these days are mostly gated with amenities. Villas if not gated can be easily robbed, you have to manage every single thing from garbage to water connection. Apartment has its own association to take care of this. In apartment you get to socialize easily, kids get friends easily, etc. In villas, water problems can be less. You dont have to worry about annoying neighbors. You dont need yo worry about leakages from the apartment above. You can have a garden around your apartment. Make modifications as you please. Etc. Both has its pros and cons
Yes - easier to maintain. Possibility of better location.
Bought and repenting. Not it's a burden, bu not doing anything with that property.... Central Central Bangalore
