Trending @Cognizant; 2-3 Days work model

I have got an ESA mail work model assigned 2-3 days. Last few years, i was doing WFH, how much days is okay? shall.i go to 2 days a week? OR 2 weeks continue per month?

Please help. What if sometimes i can skip a week. My project is non odc, and all the team members are in different locations.

Hey.. u can go like for 8-10 days per month continously… i have been going through same method.. dont go and waste like 2 days a week.. instead go continous and rest of it do wfh

Skipping does not cause you any problem.. if u didnt go for more than 2 months.. only then they will notify you. As of that no issues

Yes... that was different project got ramped down.. then i moved to this new project where the work model is 2-3 days
