2/3 BHK Property Recommendations

Hey, I was looking to buy a flat with budget constraints of 80 Lakhs. I am looking for -

1. Spacious rooms (not clear can be affordable in 3 bhk)
2. Not so overcrowded society
3. Maintenance of society

Preferred Location -Near Greater Noida Sector -16B and nearby locations

Till now Panchsheel Greens 2 has some new towers and have 2 BHK available. Any feedback for society will be helpful
