1st Hike for Laterals who joined in Jan/Feb/Mar 2023

Hi, I want to know when will lateral get their 1st hike in TCS as on anniversary we don't get hike then when. In April we will get ?

If your FAV IS DONE AND submitting PE appraisal for the upcoming appraisal cycle you are eligible for hike else you wont get hike except hike to compensate HIS cost.

Yes , that is for name sake will be increased by Rs.500 or even lesser 😂.So , You will get proper hike by March 2025.

Laterals who joined in March 2023 will get hike by March 2025.1 year will be the frozen period for laterals as per policy.

As part of FYA, you will get 4 to 5% or approx 40-50k to the CTC
