I attended the walk in drive on 1st Feb, 2025 at Cognizant Kolkata Office. I was selected as "Power BI Developer" in the Technical & HR round. I filled up CDF-1 & offline CIS form on the same day.
HR assured me that I'll get my OL within 1-2 weeks. But 1 & half month passed. Still the fuc**ng CTS HR team is waiting for an approval.
P.S: I asked for only 7 LPA. During HR round, HR was agreed on this. How much time it will take to release the OL. I didn't ask for 15-20 LPA !!
maybe they kept your profile on hold as there are lot more candidates for power BI roles. My friend also attended the interview on the same day and got offer letter.
I am not able to hold any HR email except teh TAG HR perosn, who claled me back saying not to drop emails to her as she is my TAG HR, but can only confirm that I am selected.
Now since last two weeks I got calls Twice from Cognizant customer care representtaive saying wether I have accepted the offer letter or not , but Neither I have any HR information nor HumanResources-In@cognizant.com this email is repsodning, after I have escalated my TAG hR for at least to have POC.
