1Cr salary accenture strategy

Deloitte india consultant ctc of 13.3 (fixed 11.75) yoe 6. Got cleared on interview rounds in Accenture strategy and consulting for senior analyst.

How much hike can I ask for on top of my fixed? Please help....i am confused. Comment in case if you want to tell some other %!!

Why does the poll end with 100%. I'd say more than 100%. Don't go with the previous ctc (I know unfortunately many companies do this), but if I were you I'd definitely ask for 25LPA at least

Grapevine has set un reasonable expectations. This is not going to end well. one Recession, not even a full blown recession, just a medium level slow down, will crash this building of cards.
