Infosys Offer Letter Delay

I had my TR1 Virtual on 21st June, TR2 and HR on 28th June F2F and final HR call discussion for compensation/confirmation on 21st July and still my application status showing as Decision Pending so when I can expect Offer Letter?

For me also the status is decision pending. My HR interview was completed on 21st June. It’s been more than a month for me still no updates after BGV mail.
