I have completed 18 months in a project as a system Administrator. Now I want to change the project.

What's the process with the WMG team, or do I have to contact HR for other opportunities....?

I applied to some project roles from IJP, but didn't get any response from the project managers.

If ur in band B2 or below you can ask for a release from the project.
