Underpaid or overpaid is from prospective, please focus on skills first if you feel your salary is less than your needs and find a job as per your skills then salary will automatically follow. Please don't start comparing yourself with others as everyone's journey is different

Definitely underpaid. But depends on what skillset/technology you work on. Every 6 months you should try to interview just to understand what is the market rate even if you don’t want to switch
10+ years should be around 30 LPA or atleast more than 25, you are underpaid. Try switching
Should be 25+
It's more like you have undervalued yourself
