I'm aiming to achieve a 16 LPA package, and to keep myself motivated, I'm curious to know from those who’ve already been there:

If your CTC is/was ₹16 LPA, what was your average monthly in-hand salary after all deductions (like taxes, PF, etc.)? Please vote below and help me (and others) get some real insight!

If your fixed is 16 Lakhs, then you can expect around 1.1L post tax (new regime)

If you keep PF 12% and NPS 14%, Income tax will go to 0, In hand will be approx 93k

multiply your ctc with 0.065 and voila that’s your monthly salary
