Hello Everyone, may I know if we work on 15th August, what are the benefits given to employee? Double wage and comp off or it’s something else? Is their any policy which can confirm this?

Depends on your location. For example if you are in GGN then its double pay

Comp off. When you work on weekends/public holidays, then you can update your efforts in mytime. Then it will go to the manager for approval. Or it will be auto approved once the time exceeded. The comp off will be credited to your leave balance.

If you are working on your own intrest, your manager might reject the comp off

You can apply for comp off even if you take the interview f2f
