I am getting 15 LPA as a fixed salary at Infosys. Is it good for a candidate with 2.5 years of experience?
You have stirred a hornets nest here!!! Many have spent 10+ years in infy still not reached th number. Are you are normal engineering college btech graduate? What is the skill set they are paying so high for?
Yes, I am from a tier-3 college. The only reason I had a counteroffer at that time. I am from Salesforce background.
It's great if you consider Infy standard, but don't expect monetary growth unless you resign and stay back after getting 30% hike 😉

Not sure man which norm you are talking about. Maybe you are in DSE streams. 70% of infosys who join as SE go through Mysore training and continue working for infosys won’t see even 10L in 5 years .
