I am getting 15 LPA as a fixed salary at Infosys. Is it good for a candidate with 2.5 years of experience?

It's great if you consider Infy standard, but don't expect monetary growth unless you resign and stay back after getting 30% hike 😉

In infy norm is 15 LPA at around 5yrs experience.

Not sure man which norm you are talking about. Maybe you are in DSE streams. 70% of infosys who join as SE go through Mysore training and continue working for infosys won’t see even 10L in 5 years .
