15% hike in switching job. Justified?

Not very sure about the offer I have in hand. It’s a large MNC 3 day a week hybrid role.

Background: 3+ years with a early stage startup, laid off Unemployed for one year Joined Unicorn startup at +15% - just about one year - hybrid but mostly remote coz most of the team is in a different city even though we have an office in BLR Now offer in hand - MNC +15%

Primary reason for job change: lack of growth opportunities in current org/role challenges working remotely with a team that goes to office in a different city

Should I take it? Or should I wait for a better opportunity. No interviews lined up currently.
