14.5 LPA in India vs 12k AED per month in Dubai
Hello guys, please provide your suggestions. Currently my CTC is 14.5 LPA, and got and opportunity from Dubai with 12k AED per month. Is it worth to accept this offer and relocate? How much would be the total expenditure over there as a single person and how much can I save?? Is it a good decision to relocate

Depends on what u want. If u r thinking of staying and building a life there long term, its a good move. If u want to work for few years and come back, then maybe not the best, Unless the tech stack matches ur experience. 1200 is a decent salary, if u r a bachelor you can save 600 rough estimate (tax free!!!)

My current tech stack is totally matching with this, and I am planing may be not for long term but atleast 5-6 years and after that if everything suits me then I can continue. And I suppose you mean 6k around can be saved monthly if my lifestyle is decent.
Expenses in Dubai for a person depend on lifestyle
It's very expensive here I think the average cost of living in Dubai for you would be 6k AED
If you earn 2.5x then come else India is better than Dubai
Do proper research about work culture in the company, timely salaries etc
Culture here is not that great. Indians all over
I moved hee but with decent salary being senior and org is employee friendly so im enjoying
