14 YOE 20 LPA (Non technical background)
joined TCS with 4 years of experience with 3 LPA as BPO2. Over 10 years 2 BPS promotions and 1 IT promotion as C3A. I know people will come and say it is very low and these days at least should be 30 LPA. But it is challenging for the people from non technical background. Your thoughts please
I think as long as you are improving and faring better than previous years of your ownself, not to worry. Be it technical or non technical, as if you keep comparing with others it won't be possible to know the limits as each has their own story. Just an FYI I have 50% more experience than you but have 50% less salary, and I did both technical and non technical roles. I just am stuck in life as I am deteriorating...that's upsetting me but I am having different story...so I don't want to compare as I lost a lot of peace doing the same.
I can understand. Wings 2 had a significant change in my salary that motivates for more learning in a way
I see still, A IT technical guys with 14Y still getting 15 to 17.5L but how a BPO guy get 20L in 14Y.... Really Amazing! And Congrats 🎉
