13 yrs experience now with no job

I have a experience of 13 yrs however its a diverse experience, I was working as Project Manager but my 7 yrs for Telecom Industry and 2.5 yrs in manufacturing now Im looking for a job however all I can hear is diverse experience cant work. Its making me frustrated but at the same time loosing hope. Kindly help and suggest what roles should I look for in Project Management itself or something relevant. I Need Job & It Has Been 3 Months Without JOB. IM FROM A NON TECH BACKGROUND NOT AN ENGINEERING DEGREE HOLDER NOT FROM TECH BACKGROUND. KINDLY HELP ME IN GUIDING WHICH PATH WILL B BESTVFOR ME.
