13 YOE of into .net development. Joined TCS for 31lpa in 2022. Now still 32 lpa. Worth staying 1 more year?

Dot net is actually a rare technology and I personally know that Big4 pays around 20 LPA for 5YOE.
Now the problem is that once you cross 30LPA, you should switch to product based.

Just my personal opinion, in service based there are lot of hidden challenges like billing, allocation which is not worth the anxiety at that payscale level.

You are earning quite good, you should not be greedy for further hikes rathar you should be focused about stability

How much were you getting in-hand when it was 31 LPA and how much in-hand are you getting now?
