I have around 13+ years of experience in which 10 years of experience in .net development (WPF and REST) and around 8 years of experience in Azure DevOps, I have done varieties of DevOps activities like infrastructure creation using Terraform, Azure biceps, PowerShell, arm templates, and the platform deployment for angular, react, python, and.net applications.
I am aspiring technical leadership role. As far as I know, for getting technical leadership role DSA, and System Design is most important part (is it the fact or just hoax ?).
You people are most talented and know the path, please help me to achieve my goal.

How did you even manage to get 40 lpa at tcs bro? With only 13yrs of experience. I've seen people with 10+ at tcs and still getting only 12-15

My career belongs to product based organisations. During TCS offer i had offer from another company with 42.5 LPA. My stars wanted show worst, i joined TCS.

Thank tou for your suggestion. Satisfaction comes when you see the people who are equivalent or below in the sense of growth in same industry surrounding you. Surrounding of mine is growing and earning far better then me. They are holding designation as well as more than 70 LPA. One of them is on 1.25cr LPA. So, having constructive thought such surroundings helps me to grow. As well as I did MCA not for 40 LPA only. My aspiration is to reach touch a number despite not belongs to top tier collage. But definitely i will change it.

13+ yoe within TCS and having 40L+ is strange but same to laterals could be a possibility. It would be more convincing if the CTC range would have been between 25-35LPA for laterals with 13+ yoe.
For those who are wondering if TCS even pays this much. I will say “Yes”.
I am currently at 20LPA in CapG at 5.5 year exp (my prev ctc was 13L in previous org) …..I started finding job again and to my surprise cognizant committed 28L (40% hike)
If I join cognizant and stays there for 3 years….I will be at 30L and if I switch again….these company only will give me 30% hike (as its standard). It will go to 40L easily.
How do u manage home , wife and childern with 70 lpa ? Must be stress too much workload
