13 years of experience got offer from TCS (26lpa), Mindtree(33lpa), Infy (35lpa) which company to choose? And do TCS revise the offer ?

Suprised to see Infy giving 35LPA . But do note that in Infy you will get variable upto 80% only .

Strictly asked variable shouldn’t be more than 10-12% and they have agreed
