Trending @Accenture; 13% hike future plans
Hi folks, Got the promotion updates from manager Its level 11->10 with 13%hike after 3years(got negligible hike in dec’24) I noticed that the associated hike is lower than even a standard cycle hike .
To higher management people:- I wanted to check, is this the final default approach for promotion or is there any plan to restructure/review the hike in the near future to align with the new role and responsibility.
I was in level 11 and my MAL was 43. After the promotion last cycle I too have only received 13%. I was told leads have calculated my bonus with the hike. I am certain without promotion it will be 3-6%. Although, some people in GV say it can be 10%.

Now you are at level 10, Forget for another 4 5 years for next promotion. Next promotion also it likely a dry one like this (13%) and meanwhile before that, for next 4 5 years, hike will be 3 5 8%. Day and night they will count and iterate that they promoted you
What 's the maximum hike we can get for Level 11 to Level 10 promotion
