Hi, so Rs. 13,000 was deducted from my February Salary under the Particular "Advance Received". What does this mean exactly, I don't remember requesting any advance earlier so not sure why this was deducted. Anyone can provide any clarity on this? I have raised an AHD with CAG Payroll in parallel.

Check in loans section in infyme you find the history of advances

Got it confirmed from CAG Tax team, it was an ESOP tax deduction. So it was a legit.
