Do we need to complete 9 hours whenever we go to office?
Nope working hours are not calculated only check-in check out, means only your presence matters you can check your attendance in officepass Capgemini portal in that click View your attendance
It’s all depends on manager
My manager checks how many hours we spend in office
In talent portal we can check how many hours we were present in office
In officepass you can only see whether you have come to office or not
So it’s all in manager hand
Where in Talent portal we can check how many hours we were in office??
Talent portal > indian application portal (Under helpdesk and support tab) >Finance>shift allowance > Reports > select start date and end date ( you can not view current month details) can only view previous months !!
I just completed 1 or 2hrs
Compo off is getting counted in 12 days?
No 7-8 hours are fine
