Trending @Accenture; 12 YOE, Unable to switch

I have 12 years of experience in Java and AWS and planning for a switch. Not getting any calls at all. Even if I get one, thye are looking for notice period less than a month. Anyone else facing the issue? With this current market, unable to resign without any offer in hand.
