12 LPA Offer from Cognizant

Hi, I have 4.3 years of work experience in Accenture. I got an offer from Cognizant for 12 lpa. Should I ask them revise it upto 15 lpa Can anyone who is with Cognizant advise on this please, would really appreciate.
