Is 12 LPA with 10% variable included, a good package in Hyderabad? I am not a Hyderabad native and will have to relocate.

If you're relocating as a single person, and willing to share accommodation or even stay as a paying guest, then you'll be able to manage well enough. As a family, will be difficult, not impossible though.

I have total 10+ YOE across TPM and software dev. I am looking to move to Hyderabad soon. My current package is 50L CTC (32 fixed + 18 variable). What is the comp I can expect if I move to a good product company in Hyderabad?
Need to know if this is good enough or should i ask for more. I’m not really good at negotiation and currently I’m getting 11.5 lpa with 9.5 as fixed. Only thing is that i need to relocate to Hyderabad.
Will probably be offered Technical Architect role as per the job description and current profile. Presently at 25lpa and being asked to move to Bangalore for 31lpa (have not completed HR round yet)
