I am having 5.3 YOE(IT ANALYST ) as Full stack developer in TCS . Joined TCS as fresher. Am I underpaid in TCS ?

Good as per tcs standard but don’t expect growth now as average hike will be 7% yearly

There is nothing as underpaid, I believe. Amount of effort, work environment comfortability, networking you build also has a value. Anyways choice is yours, believe me networking comes to save the back on the rainy days.

joined as below ninja via smart hiring batch . Initial salary was 1.92 LPA .Cleared Digital, Got 3 A bands . few months back got ITA promotion.
