Hi I am a java backend developer, having hands on experience in java spring boot . I can say I am solid 7/10 in this skill. I have solved 300+ leetcode questions and have basic to medium level understanding of system design I want to switch now . Although I think I am going to get promoted in coming december but don't know honestly anything can happen I am done with Accenture now and want to switch I want to ask if my target is realistic or if I am being delusional be honest I want to switch to product based company. Additionally I am from a reputable college. If anyone has done it please guide me what should I learn I am ready to devote time money resources I just need this switch so bad Please guide me seniors ?
Person like you don't need paid courses, they won't help you much.
Only a product startup can give you this hike no MNC will. That too if you are what you say, an expert in your domain and a person who can grind and work like a horse.
Please let me know if some paid courses will be worth it
