C3A promotion ke liye Kitne papd belle 🤣🤣. That’s the read I asked my manager to not promote me to C3A. It’s pending for 3+ years. Feeling happy since last few quarters 😅😅

Not sure if I understand your calculations, but over all in hand will still be higher after promotion and qva cut, than without promotion and 100% qva in c2

I joined C3A and getting 0 variable but doing wfh from village without any approved exception and will keep doing that unless tcs fires me 😀

Aren’t you getting any warning mails? I heard they will send revised compensation after few warnings with reduced salary.

Getting every year in feb and march only. I say i will report back but HR also does not bother post march. Its all TCS game . They don’t have guts to fire you of you are project n 100% billable

I joined as C3A. For me also 18%, this time. Till last quarter, it was 55%
