After Quarterly results will TCS give 100% QVA to C3A and above grades for the last quarter (Apr-Jun 24)

I heard that above c2 first they were giving depending on unit performance they have recently added a clause of rto above the that amount. Example variable pay was 100 Rs and unit decided to give 50 rs and your rto is 65-70 percent then you will grt 25 rs.

Yes right. RTO will impact QVA of C1 & C2 as well

I have not gone this quarter and m I am in C2 grade so will I get Performance bonus or not?

No 100% QVA ,if you are compliant with RTO, then also you will get the execuse of unit performance for deduction,Its simple they have decide from last year of june,they will not give 100%QVA.
