Trending @Wipro; "100% of the employees would leave Wipro if they got a better opportunity". Is this true?
Wipro has been laying off people in the name of performance exits. It is not just that but the way they have handled it. They have fired people without any notice and even fired some people who were on leave. In my team this has caused a lot of anger, many of us are planning to quit even my manager.
This company has lost its reputation and trust among its employees now. People are now afraid to work here because they don’t know what will happen next.
If you are working at Wipro, then I would suggest that you start looking for another job as soon as possible. There is no guarantee that your job will be safe in the future.
This was the case since last year. Wipros last year performance is not that good comparing to other Service companies and moreover the work environment is getting toxic. But one thing is there are still a few good souls inside of wipro who will go beyond their limits to help you ( if they feel like you're worthy)
Not just wipro. If we get a better opportunity we'd leave any company! That's how humans work! No need to drag wipro into it!
