Trending @Accenture; "100% of the employees would leave Accenture if they got a better opportunity". Is this true?
Accenture has been laying off people in the name of performance exits. It is not just that but the way they have handled it. They have fired people without any notice and even fired some people who were on leave. In my team this has caused a lot of anger, many of us are planning to quit even my manager.
This company has lost its reputation and trust among its employees now. People are now afraid to work here because they don’t know what will happen next.
If you are working at Accenture, then I would suggest that you start looking for another job as soon as possible. There is no guarantee that your job will be safe in the future.

All these tactics Accenture is playing so that ppl voluntarily leave and Accenture doesn't appear in news because if layoffs and PIP people even when they pass are deprived of any variable pay so it saves money
