
100% hike vs EU Onsite
Hi all, I got an offer w/ 100% hike (15 lpa) in pune. I currently live in noida, tcs is offering me assured onsite before march'25 (i believe them). now im in dilemma if i should relocate to Pune and accept the hike or stay in tcs till march'25 with no hike and wait for onsite.
please advise.


Visa initiation can not be considered as assurance for onsite. I know people having their visa ready wait since years to go onsite, don't fall in trap. Clarify on email or go for new offer

lets assume that they deliver on their promise, what would you advise on the two choices?

If you like the Role and if the other organisation is a reputed one, go for it. Onsite has its benefits, but having a good based CTC in India would be my first priority. On-site chances will always remain if you hold valuable skills.

ask for salary hike as well if not 15 then atleast 13 so even if they cancel onsite it might not be a big loss

yes I asked, but it was implied that if Im given increment it will diminish the chances of onsite as they can't give both. but lets see.

TCS on-site is a scam, don’t trust them once u withdraw your resignation u will not get response from anyone , they are not sending ppl with approved Visa itself now think twice better u negotiate and put your aspiration with the company you have the offer there might be the chances they will send you if you are good but TCS NO it will not send you at any cost

actually they sent a fresher with 10 months exp when i joined. and he's onsite since more than an year.
