I consider this a good thing since it frees up job opportunities for people here, the competition here is already very high as it is

If those top brains decide to stay in India and build something meaningful that will eventually create more jobs and reduce the overall competition in the long run.

I thought that too. But this graph shows people who did undergrad in India, post grad in usa. Those people very rarely try coming back to India. Most (95%+) work abroad for better quality of life,pay etc. but this graph does not show the remaining 5%. Maybe data set was not varied enough

That's true but India isn't an option. It might be the biggest "others". Honestly the number of people who go abroad for masters is so small that it doesn't matter in the larger scheme of things.

International school are teaching kids to go out of India from the very beginning, they don't follow Indian curriculum
