✅ 100% asli: Deloitte Review
I have worked 1000s of hours with no work life balance. Broke up with my girlfriend TWICE and started having Casual Sex to cope with the pressure.
I have been working with Deloitte for the last 2 years. I joined as an intern and was later offered a full-time role after completing my internship.
The work here is extremely demanding and stressful. We are expected to work long hours, often exceeding 80+ hours per week. This has led to burnout among many coworkers, including myself. There is little emphasis on work-life balance, and we are constantly pressured to meet unrealistic deadlines.
In addition to the excessive workload, there is also a lack of transparency and communication within the organization. My manager often makes decisions without consulting us and when I asked many people in different teams they said the same thing.
Despite these issues, Deloitte continues to attract people despite its reputation as a shitty employer. Many employees end up sacrificing their mental and physical health just to appease clients.
I am planning to leave very soon. Let's see.

And also work for 15 Hours but put only 8 Hours in chargecode .no incentive for overwork

ohh,, few days wasnt it same for PwC, haha . fucking scamster Heard it on Grapevine: https://share.gvine.app/J1xVHQSu1f4yxkAW7

I thought I only facing this 🤣.. 1 thing I hate most here is Project Manager thinks he is owner of the company . I don't like the hierarchy also .

I have read this very same review somewhere else too.
Last time it was a girl Now it's a guy

No better thing to leave Deloitte brother. There is no point if Deloitte gives you money/allowance for gym membership but doesn’t give you the environment to go to gym! Most people are coming to KPMG to get that work culture and work life balance. One of the Deloitte guy said that Deloitte is a kameena organisation and most people are leaving due to bad work culture!
Which profile you are working in?
Better report same to your manager and be strict with your login/logout time, don't attend meeting if it's put beyond working hours. I know deloitte is worse, clients schedule meetings beyond work hours but you have choice to attend or to not. There's no use of posting here instead act on it, if you will start your colleagues will follow you. If you won't you will change organisation but who knows what you will get there... Better give your try and see if things work, if it doesn't then there is always a scope outside deloitte.
I have come to realise this too. And even after you have worked your ass off, given a part of your life away.. managers don't have the courtesy to roll out their reviews in favour.
It totally sucks!
We work for 12+ hours a day and charge 8 hours. With that chargeable hours alone our util is over 108%
There's no pride in this. It's only a downfall for a couple more bucks. I wonder if we are dead by 40, what's the point of earning!
Leaving soon!
