Incorrect. TCS only gives bonuses in Diwali. This time around it's just that Holi is falling near quarter end (FY end as well), so one may expect to see QVA in their payslip that's it. And that also won't be 100%. At-most it will be 20% of total in-hand salary post deduction (minus incentives).
