I just completed 8yrs in this organisation in Product Management . Started as PM in hardware product when PM wasn’t that cool . Move to a senior PM and now to a Group PM . Would like to know the journey of PMs in this career path . How does this role fairs after 10-15yrs ? What are other career pathways one can branch to ?
After 10+ years in PM? Your options are pretty sweet: Go exec route → CPO or even CEO at smaller places Join early startups for equity (more risk but potentially huge payoff!)
