10 yrs Exp Web Developer but right now confused what can I learn to easy

Hi I am a TCS employee right now and working on angular projects just copy paste and form creations work nothing and upskilling work here.

If I try to go outside but they need React, Vue, Next, Angular this kind of experience but right now my growth is down.

So my question is which is the easiest way to learn new code and join another organisation.
