10 years experienced- ITA to next level promotion query
Guys, I received continuous B bands for 2 years and I am 10+ years experienced awaiting for getting promoted from ITA to next Level. Since , the band is released now, Is it a right time to ask my manager for Promotion? Please help me out.. I am new joininee to the team like 3 months ago.
As far as i know, you require consecutive A band thrice and than there are other criteria such as, what you bring to the table if promoted and few other factors..but probably for sake of relief you may ask your manager.
You are ill informed. There’s no such criteria of three consecutive A band. You should not get any C in your last 2 bands, that is it. Rest is all in your managers hand how he pushes your profile to the HR.
Probably, this was the information shared by my manager..i am not sure if tcs has stringent policy across the organisation because everyone comes up certain opinion.
