Trending @HCL; 10 Days prior early release possible from 90 days notice period?

Hi all,

Can anyone help me on these. How can we proceed further for 10 days prior early release from LWD. Is there any chance they will allow or simple they will say we need to be here for full 90days.!

Most probably i will handover my all KT, tasks and works to new resource. Then after 15 days i will not be having any works or pending tasks. Only i will monitor that new resource whether he is reporting or updating correctly.!

In this case most probably first 75 days i will give all my tasks and work. Next 15 days no other tasks and pending things. Can anyone suggest me, how we proceed. Your suggestions are welcome & it would be very helpful for me.

Talk to them mention that there is no dependency on you now that KT has been given and that you have ensured the new associate is working independently and that you want earlier release and negotiate.

My suggestion : Do the KT in phases, ask new resource to start working on tasks for which KT is done, while you reverse shadow.
This way you can show that KT is on track, example 25% completed and already resource is delivering. During the last month, you will only be thr for Q&A. I'm sure you will get early release 👍
