1 yoe up for appraisal

I'm a 1 yoe junior backend engineer at an early stage startup. I do backend tasks as well as basic frontend tasks as well. I'm currently earning 4 lpa. I'm up for appraisal. I'm confused on how much I should ask as an increment. What is the industry standard pay? Please help.
