1 year completed in Bancs project but still not giving me release
Salary block, account block, daily 2.30hr travelling is too hectic for me. Huge kind of office politics Let me know what I can do? For the last 3 months my salary was not giving? Outlook and team all access was blocked. Office entry also blocked... Let me know what I can do? Who is the person in Thane Olympus office to help me and solve my issues?
You must have done something terribly wrong
No daily going to the office from south mumbai Shiwri location to Thane Olympus location but travelling is too hectic so requesting give me Andheri location so I can work accordingly but no HR Samidha and Manager Amit was applying various type of rules and deducting salary and all not given me actual work as per the assign designation. No one value here I already put mail HR head Aruna but she is also ignoring my mails just applying various type of new new rules and blocking my all access salary...
Can you elaborate on what have you done to have these consequences ?
They are Hr / Manager forcing me you work only this location because of travelling I reached office 11.30 after that working on actual task that was not possible for me so requesting give me release I can work on diff project from Andheri Tcs location
