Instead of calling 1 day per week company should call 1 whole week(or 4 days) in a month and rest all weeks WFH. Ek hi baar bulake pure month ka cover karo

The purpose for return mandate is to force people back to base location. So we may do polls and discussion but companies will enforce this only. Some teams are forced to work Tuesday and Thursday twice a week so that they stay at the base location.
This doesn't happen 😭 however you try it the rule is to promote working with team and shit so they will call you once a week no matter what reason you have you need to come until and unless its medical or critical in that case they can give you exception by exception tool
Exception in tool is also valid for 3 months only
