Out of 20 members team usually 1 Person will get rating 1 . When some resigns then there will be no impact on him. Below average performance . I am not sure why you got 1 if you are new . You should get 3 in case you are 3 months d in organisation. You will be put on Performance improvements plan . HR will check with your manager in every 3 months abt your performance. Better prepare well and check other companies.. first check with your manager and by he selected you for 1 .
