I have asked my supervisor for early release in 1 month . Minimum 2 month you have to serv, how can I convince him to release in 1 month?

Keep the pressure on. Thats the only option. You can negotiate on lesser settlement and other bargains as well chipping out your SL or something. Its all negotiation
