TBF, it's a non issue. Everyone aware of voter id registration and migration knows that there are issues with election rolls due to migration and people getting registered in new places but not getting unregistered from the old places.
That's why there is an exercise to clean up rolls like SIR. RaGa allies in Bihar , Bengal are opposing the same exercise.
The Electoral System isn't perfect and has had these issues since the start. I know of these issues existing since last 25-30 years and my parents have seen these issues since much before that as well.. so should we start claiming that all the elections in last 40-50 years particularly after 90's when inter state , inter City migration increased are rigged..
The solution is to ask the reforms.. solution is to fix the process so that the electoral System removes discrepancy and starts unregistering EPIC from old places automatically.. and not to behave like a moron claiming vote theft..
