To get 1 Lac minimum a month as in hand salary after all the deductions. What should be the minimum CTC?

Depends on the deductions but income upto 12 lacs per year is tax exempt

Ballpark estimate is 14 LPA, but exact ctc depends on the breakup of basic vs special allowance and the epf structure your organization follows.
