Air India should be banned for negligence. Whistle-blowers told these flight issues were reported earlier but no actions were taken from management. Life is more important than anything else. Many families died, what they will do with this money.
Need for better Management accross TATA group is essential and non negotiable now... Playing with people be it lives or givjng hikea only to top managemeng says how much they are concerned about common people
People outside TCS seem to have more value than those inside.. Branding > Employees I guess!

There was a video posted by a passenger that AC, seat buttons, entertainment etc not working. When basic things are out of order, how come DGCA allow such flights to operate? When basic things don’t work, then imagine the state of aircraft.
