1.5 YOE: BlackRock Analyst vs BCN Associate – learning & exits
I have ~1.5 years of experience in telecom consulting and currently hold two offers: Analyst at BlackRock (₹12 LPA fixed + ₹2.5 LPA variable) and Associate at BCN (₹16.5 LPA fixed + ₹1.5 LPA variable).
From a long-term (3–5 year) perspective, which role would provide stronger exposure, faster skill development, and better career optionality (across consulting, strategy, or industry roles)?
Looking for insights from folks who’ve worked with or transitioned from these firms.

Both are really good and there will be a good learning curve. But since BCN package is higher, it maybe a better choice.
