1.5 YOE: BlackRock Analyst vs BCN Associate – learning & exits

I have ~1.5 years of experience in telecom consulting and currently hold two offers: Analyst at BlackRock (₹12 LPA fixed + ₹2.5 LPA variable) and Associate at BCN (₹16.5 LPA fixed + ₹1.5 LPA variable).

From a long-term (3–5 year) perspective, which role would provide stronger exposure, faster skill development, and better career optionality (across consulting, strategy, or industry roles)?
